Profile:

I have had a range of jobs since I was 16 which all involved speaking and dealing with the public, therefore my strengths are my ability to converse confidently with people of all ages and at all levels. I am self-motivated and a good organiser and have a common sense approach to everyday situations.

I am very willing to learn and not afraid to ask questions, I am a hard worker and I am very much focused on the task at hand. Throughout school and work I have always been punctual with my projects and attendance. I have a good sense of humour and a kind, friendly and thoughtful manner.

I feel I am a very creative and artistic person and I really enjoy the creative process of photography, such as my photography course I completed at college. I am now carrying on my interests at university studying Media and Communications, in my course I study photography as one of my main subjects.

Summer 2017   De Montfort Fine Art          Capturing images of art work for editing, embelishment and print. I also got involved in the editing process and embelishing. I learnt to worked as a team while I was on placement here and work to a high standard so that my work would not effect the work of others in the next process. 

Summer 2017   Arc Studios                       Working as a junior photographer shadowing Viv the owner of Arc Studios. I was the second shooter at weddings, christenings and other events over the summer and I am proud to say that my work was used in wedding books and event websites. 

2016, Cafe au Lait, Taking orders, this meant i gained people skills and was able to talk confidnetly to the public.

                          

2015, La Maison Bleue,  Shop Assistant, Here i improved my organisasional skills, having to order new stop and putting stock on shelves. I also had to have good time management skills to ensure the cakes were made and decorated in time for collections.

2014, Lazy Days Cupcakes, Decorating special occasion cakes, this job gave me opportunities to show my aristic skills. I also had to have good time management skills to ensure the cakes were made and decorated in time for collections.

2012-2014, Sutton Coldfield Adventure Unit, here I assisted with activities for young members. This meant I had to learn to work with people of all ages, be organised and assertive.

      

2013-2015, Lichfield Riding for the Disabled, Assisting young children with physical and mental disabilities. I had to use organisational skills and people skills to make it an enjoyable experience for the children.

2014, Future Hope, Travelled to India for two weeks. Volunteered at Future Hope Orphanage in Kolkata. This experience has made me have an open mind and appreciate what we take for granted.

           

2015, Lichfield Riding for the Disabled Photographer, Volunteered as Photographer for the opening of the new Whittington Riding Stables, Princess Anne was a special guest.
